Congressional Republicans.  Same old story.  They think their highest calling is to be the nation’s strict parents.  “I’ve told you a hundred times about your spending!  I’m going to take away your government until you do something about it.  Now go to your room and think about what I just said!”

There’s never a conversation with strict parents.  They just want to lay down the law.
