Just sharing some Google search statistics.

•   “Militant Muslim” — 301,000 results.
•   “Militant Atheist” — 174,000 results.
•   “Militant Christian” — 96,500 results.
•   “Militant Israeli” — 28,600 results.
•   “Militant Catholic” — 26,400 results.
•   “Militant Protestant” — 24,400 results.
•   “Militant Buddhist” — 14,300 results.
•   “Militant Jew” — 4,630 results.

I see this list as a fear gauge.  I’m surprised that atheists were only in second place.

Our bodies have left sides and right sides.  If you look closely, you will notice a few special places on our bodies that are neither left nor right, but serve to join the two.  For instance, the philtrum, the groove in our upper lip.  The septum between our nostrils.  The sternum from which our ribs emanate.  The spine that supports us all.

The center largely goes unnoticed but without it, left and right fly apart.

Not an original idea but I think it sums up what Occupy Wall Street is about.
