I think this needs to go in the category of “Farside cartoons that require an explanation”. Is this supposed to reference that employees are all essentially as an individual termite? Or that there is an awesome termite in this nest who has its own parking spot? Or how funny it would be for termites to have parking?
It’s a pretty simple premise — what if insect colonies had “employees-of-the-month?” This is one idea.
