President-Elect Donald Trump today named Ralphie, a mean mutt from West Virginia, to head the US Department of Feline Services.  Trump tweeted today, “Ralphie is one of the best in his field.  He knows how to deal with the bad cats.  Believe me, America will have wonderful cats when Ralphie takes over at Feline Services, it will be beautiful.”
