This section of the site is for remembrances of Lawrence Davis.

To start, here is an envelope Lawrence sent me in April 1974, when he was at Suffield Academy and I was in Pittsburgh.  It was a nicely-textured gray paper.  One thing Lawrence and I shared was a love for nice paper and interesting typefaces.

Note also that “Larry” had chosen to be “Lawrence” by this time. – CHC
