Though I have always loved the seasons — been obsessed with them — summer has always taken such a toll on me.\u00a0 I hate its discomfort and priggish familiarity.\u00a0 It has been so long since I have written you or heard from you, it is stupid to try to relate any thing that has happened in that time.\u00a0 I am running a very active music program here at a small private school, gathering material things, writing music, growing.<\/p>\n
