This is the tenth year I have been doing this blog.\u00a0 Over that time, it has evolved from a Facebook substitute into a one-person science-and-humanities magazine-without-covers.\u00a0 As much as I enjoy researching and writing and drawing and composing, I would not be doing any of that if there were no one out there reading it.\u00a0 If it all ended, my loss would assuredly be greater than yours.<\/p>\n
Although I do make the occasional effort to offer lighter entertainment, I acknowledge that much of what appears here are big gulps, some of which go down well, others not so much. But I pretty much write what I want, and you indulge me by at least considering to read it.\u00a0 I thank you for doing so — the feeling of creative freedom keeps me engaged.<\/p>\n
